This month features two cooking classes with Valentine’s Day themes. The first is a Valentine’s Day Dinner with Rita Conray-Martin on Sunday, February 7. Rita is the owner of The Sage Dish and passionately supports the use of local and organic ingredients. The other is Valentine Baguette with John Savanna on Sunday, February 14. John is the owner of Millpond Bread in Chelsea and specializes in using stone-ground flour and all organic ingredients.

Other Cooking Classes this month include French Crepes, Mediterranean Small Plates, Biscuits Three Ways, Two Soups: Calamari and Smoked pancetta Potato, Asian Style Favorites, and Chicken Tagine. Click on the links for details and to register.

In the Book & Paper Arts we are offering classes this month in Wood Engraving, Advanced Home Book Repair, Multiple Panel Screen, Mixed Media, Washi Egg Ornaments, Paper Sculpture, and such book structures as Gallery and Star Books, Flag Book, and Found Book – Concertina Journal.
